Violation of Code: [511-6-1.03(5)(j)1&2] Bottle of water on prep table in kitchen for food handler (PIC). Drinks may be in the kitchen if in single-service (disposable cups) with secure lids and a straw and stored to prevent any possible contamination of food/food contact surfaces. COS: Bottle of water put out in order area of concession and food handler (PIC) will drink out there and then come back to kitchen to wash hands and return to work. Corrected On-Site. New Violation. 8-2B Violation of Code: [511-6-1.07(6)(b)] Spray bottles all hanging on shelf by homestyle refrigerator with generic label that comes on bottle. Spray bottles used to store chemicals must have at least the common of the chemical clearly labeled on the bottle. COS: PIC labeled bottles with common name using a Sharpie. Corrected On-Site. New Violation. 18 Violation of Code: [511-6-1.07(5)(k)] Many flies in the food prep area. A snap screen has been installed in the doorway from order/auction area into food prep area but, screen does not always get snapped and employees are in a out of this doorway handing orders out. Doors to the auction are left open for customers to come and go. Look into maybe doing door with window to hand tickets and orders through if doors to auction stay open. Still evidence of rodent activity in cabinets in order/service area. Pest control has sealed holes. Clean this area frequently to monitor activity. Repeat Violation.
