Violation of Code: [511-6-1.05(7)(a)1] Pans and utensils on racks above 3 comp sink have visible food residue and/or greasy. Tea urn nozzle with hard to remove residue leftover from cleaning. Food contact surfaces of utensils must be cleaned to sight and touch. COS: Pans and nozzle set aside from serviceand to be replaced with new equipment Corrected On-Site. New Violation. 6-2 Violation of Code: [511-6-1.04(6)(g)] Corn dogs, chicken wings, and hot dogs in reach in cooler stored in containers bearing date labels from prior months. Per CFSM, items were all opened yesterday. Refrigerated, commercially prepared ready to eat time and temperature control for safety foods that have been opened from packaging must contain a date label if held for over 24 hours, to indicate a discard date of 7 days maximum counting from the day food is opened. COS: Foods to be in use until tomorrow, and marked with a 48 hour discard date Corrected On-Site. New Violation. 17C Violation of Code: [511-6-1.07(5)(a),(b)] Tiles on floor around grill area loose and no longer sealed to ground. Maintain physical facilities in good repair to prevent food and water from getting trapped underneath tile. New Violation.
