Violation of Code: [511-6-1.03(6)] Manager was not familiar with the correct procedure for cleaning vomit/fecal incidents. No written procedures were available. Facility must have a procedure for cleaning vomit/fecal incidents and all managerial staff must be familiar with the correct process. COS- Discussed vomit clean up and provided guidance for written procedure. Corrected On-Site. New Violation. 17C Violation of Code: [511-6-1.07(5)(a),(b)] Repair coving along wall in front service area (behind sliding door glass front cooler). Repaint shelf beside preptop cooler with latex based paint or cover with stainless steel. Existing shelf is bare, exposed wood. New Violation.
