Remarks Hot water sanitizing dishmachine final rinse temperature 167F on maximum temp registering thermometer. Discussed date labeling grab-n-go meals that are stocked by lunchroom into 2-door merchandiser and then become responsibility of school so 7 day discard can be followed by school.
