Two containers of lettuce in 4 door cooler, and one container of waffle batter in walk in cooler. Time and temperature control for safety foods must be date labeled with a 7 day discard date (with the day of prep counting as day 1) COS: Foods voluntarily discarded Corrected On-Site. New Violation. 15B Violation of Code: [511-6-1.05(2)(m)] Pressure gauge on hot water sanitizing warewash machine not working- needle stuck beneath 0 PSI. Machines such as this must have pressure measuring devices accurate to +/- 2 PSI in the 15-25 PSI range. Repair gauge or replace before 5/18/2017. New Violation. Remarks Wash temperature of hot water sanitizing dish machine - 172 F
