14A Violation of Code: [511-6-1.04(4)(k)] Ice scoop holster has standing water and grime. Ensure holster is maintained clean and dry to prevent potential contamination on scoops. COS- Holster and scoops cleaned and sanitized. Corrected On-Site. New Violation.
14B Violation of Code: [511-6-1.05(10)(e)1,2,4] Cutting boards stored on bottom shelf of prep table beside dirty bus tub used to carry fruit/vegetable scraps for composting and shelf has standing water/debris. Keep utensils stored in a clean dry location where they are not exposed to splash, dust or other contamination. COS- Bus tub removed and shelf/cutting boards cleaned and sanitized. Corrected On-Site. New Violation.

Student center kitchen closed at time of main kitchen inspection- observed coolers and physical facilities maintained.

- CFSM reviewing employee health policy to ensure distinction of typhoidal and non-typhodial Salmonella.
