2-2B Violation of Code: [511-6-1.03(5)(j)1&2] Food handler with drink in Styrofoam cup (disposable)without a lid and straw and drink sitting on cutting board at 2-door sandwich unit. Drinks can be in the kitchen if in single-service (disposable) cup fitted with a secure lid and straw and stored to prevent any possible contamination of food/food contact surfaces. COS: Cup moved to front counter and eventually discarded at start of service. Corrected On-Site. New Violation. 4-2B Violation of Code: [511-6-1.05(7)(b)] Slicer that had not been used today, had not been properly cleaned after last use. Food debris on back of knife (blade) and tines of meat holder with food debris and greasy. After use, take off removable part and pre-scrape all in place parts. Wash, rinse, sanitize and recheck for cleanliness before storage. New Violation. 15A Violation of Code: [511-6-1.05(6)(a)] Heavy condensate leak in bottom of 2-dor sandwich unit cooler. This water is non-potable (no drinkable)and should not be allowed to touch food. Unit needs to be serviced to address leaking. New Violation. 17D Violation of Code: [511-6-1.07(2)(i)] Fluorescent light bulb inside 2-door merchandiser is not properly shielded to protect food in storage from any possible contamination if the bulb were to shatter. The plastic tube over the bulb is missing the end caps that seal the bulb inside the tube. Replace end caps. New Violation.
