13A Violation of Code: [511-6-1.02(1)(d)] Inspection kept displayed behind front counter on wall beside walk in cooler. Current location not accessible to the public for viewing. Most current inspection report must be displayed within 15 feet of primary door, between 5 and 7 feet off the ground, and in a location that can be read at a distance of 1 foot away. PIC plans to move the inspection to another wall to make more available to the public. New Violation. 17A Violation of Code: [511-6-1.06(5)(h)] Mixed use employee restroom has no covered trashcan. All mixed use/women's restrooms need covered trashcans for female hygiene products/sanitary napkins. New Violation.
