6-2 Violation of Code: [511-6-1.04(6)(h)] Steak used for sandwiches that was stored in 3 door cooler bearing a date label of 3-7-17, 2 days past the 7 day limit. Opened time and temperature control food packaged by a processing plant must be clearly marked, at the time the original container is opened, to indicate the date which the food will be consumed on premises for a maximum of 7 days after the original container is opened (day of opening is counted as day 1)
COS: PIC voluntarily discarded food. Corrected On-Site. New Violation.
6-2 Violation of Code: [511-6-1.04(6)(g)] Meatballs opened from can and stored in pan in 3 door cooler did not bear a date label from the time of opening. All time and temperature control foods must be labeled with a date label if kept on premises for over 24 hours, for a maximum of 7 days with the day of opening counting as day 1.

15A Violation of Code: [511-6-1.05(6)(a)] Condensate leak in walk in freezer under the evaporator unit, leaving ice build up. Equipment should be in good repair and properly maintained New Violation.
15C Violation of Code: [511-6-1.05(7)(a)2,3] Gaskets in the coolers need to be cleaned they had build up of food debris. Clean frequently enough to prevent build up. New Violation.
17B Violation of Code: [511-6-1.06(5)(n)] Dumpster lid broken as to missing the front half of the top lid. Receptacles outside the food service establishment must be kept with tight-fitting lids. New Violation.
