8-2B Violation of Code: [511-6-1.07(6)(c)] Chemical spray bottle stored hanging on shelf with clean utensils and food. Return chemicals and cleaners to designated storage areas after use to prevent potential contamination of food contact surface and food. COS- Bottle moved to chemical storage area. Corrected On-Site. New Violation. 8-2B Violation of Code: [511-6-1.07(6)(e)] Sanitizer in wiping buckets turning test strips black (200+ppm). Prepare and maintain chlorine sanitizing solution at a concentration in accordance to the manufacturer. COS- Fresh bucket made to 100ppm, other buckets discarded. Corrected On-Site. New Violation. 12C Violation of Code: [511-6-1.04(4)(m)] Wet cloths used for wiping surfaces left out on counter tops and equipment between uses. Keep wet cloths used for wiping surfaces stored submerged in sanitizing solution between uses. COS- PIC discussed proper method for storing cloths with staff. Fresh buckets made and wet cloths stored submerged. Corrected On-Site. New Violation. 13A Violation of Code: [511-6-1.02(1)(d)] No inspection posted in drive-thru. Inspection posted in dining room is 90 from 10/28/15. Inspection posted for customer view must be the most recent inspection (75 "C" from 2/16/17). PIC to post today's inspection for customer view in drive-thru and dinning area. Repeat Violation. Remarks Wash/Rinse 111F, Chlorine 100ppm Wiping Buckets 100ppm Discussed sneeze guard requirements should foods be placed in customer self-service areas.
