2-2E Violation of Code: [511-6-1.03(6)] No procedure for vomit/fecal event clean-up on file. Manager was not familiar with the appropriate cleaning method. Facility must have a procedure for handling such incidents, and all managerial staff must be familiar with the procedure. New Violation.
