1-2B Violation of Code: [511-6-1.03(3)(a)] No CFSM currently employed at this time. PIC stated the last CFSM on site was two managers prior, whose CFSM certificate is still posted. Food Service Establishments must have in its employ a CFSM that has supervisory and managerial authority to direct and control food preparation and storage. Must provide copy of CFSM registration or documentation within 30 days to the Hall County Environmental Health Department. New Violation. 2-2D Violation of Code: [511-6-1.07(3)(a)] No handsoap or soap dispenser available at back handsink near warewashing station. Dispenser recently broken off of wall and yet to be replaced per PIC. Each handwashing station must be provided with a supply of hand cleaner liquid, powder or soap. COS: Work order placed for repair of soap dispenser. Corrected On-Site. New Violation. 2-2E Violation of Code: [511-6-1.03(6)] PIC not aware of a procedure for cleanup of contamination events such as vomitus or diarrhea. A food service establishment must have procedure for proper cleanup of contamination events such as vomitus or fecal matter. COS: PIC informed of cleanup protocol and literature distributed for future refernece Corrected On-Site. New Violation. 5-1B Violation of Code: [511-6-1.04(5)(h)] Meatballs reheated this morning at 8am from commercial packaging recorded at 124F at 10:30am, needed to be at 135F within two hours of reheating above 41F. Cold bread also stored on top of steam well which could have delayed the reheating procedure. COS: Bread was removed from top of steam well and meatballs were stirred to facilitate quicker heat exchange. Meatballs recorded at 142F at end of inspection. Corrected On-Site. New Violation. 14A Violation of Code: [511-6-1.04(4)(k)] Scoop handles used for beef and chicken resting on top of food product between use. Handles must be stored above the top of the container when not in use to prevent cross contamination. COS: PIC moved scoop handle above top of food container. Corrected On-Site. New Violation.
