1-2B Violation of Code: [511-6-1.03(3)(a)] No Certified Food Safety Manager (CFSM) on staff. The establishment must have a CFSM who holds a managerial or supervisory role who provides food safety training to employees and ensures employees have sufficient knowledge of the safe preparation and service of food according to their assigned duties. The establishment has 14 days to submit proof of a managerial employee registering for an accredited CFSM class- Health Department furnished 2017 Servsafe Class Schedule as a resource. New Violation. 4-1A Violation of Code: [511-6-1.04(4)(c)] Observed parsley, veggie greens, milk, shredded cheese, whipped cream, and sandwich ham stored comingled on the same shelf among raw shell eggs, raw chicken, raw bacon, and raw ground beef. Ready-to-eat foods must be kept stored above raw animal foods. Raw animal foods must be stored below ready-to-eat foods in descending order according to raw foods lowest to highest required minimum cook temperature. COS- PIC moved ready to eat foods above raw animal foods. Recommend installing additional shelves in reach-in cooler to allow for adequate space to property separate raw animal foods. Furnished food storage poster. Corrected On-Site. New Violation. 14A Violation of Code: [511-6-1.04(4)(k)] Ice scoop left sitting in ice container with handle end touching ice between uses. Keep the handle end of in-use utensils out of foods when stored. COS- PIC removed scoop from ice bin and placed on clean surface for storage. Corrected On-Site. New Violation. 16B Violation of Code: [511-6-1.06(2)(r)] Faucet at vegetable preparation sink leaks when used, needs repaired. New Violation. 16C Violation of Code: [511-6-1.06(4)(h),(i)] Plumbing outlet pipe tied to vegetable preparation sink and mop sink broken and spills onto ground behind building. The establishment has 14 days to repair plumbing discharge in accordance to the Georgia Manual for On-site Sewage Management Systems Chapter 511-3-1. Contact Hall Co.
