2-2B Violation of Code: [511-6-1.03(5)(j)1&2] Observed open beverage container sitting next to register and 3-compartment sink. Employees shall consume beverages only in designated areas and shall drink from a single-service beverage cup with a lid and a straw to prevent the contamination of the employees hands, clean equipment, and food preparation areas. New Violation. 2-2D Violation of Code: [511-6-1.06(2)(o)] Employee using hand-sink to wash hand towels. Hand-sinks shall be used for hand-washing only. COS: Hand-sink cleaned out and will be used for designated purpose of hand-washing only. Corrected On-Site. New Violation. 4-1A Violation of Code: [511-6-1.04(4)(c)] Raw fish, liver, chicken, stored above ready-to eat hot dogs and plastic ramekins of sauces/dressings in home-style refrigerator. Raw chicken stored above ready-to-eat heads of lettuce and celery in cooler in dry storage area. Food shall be stored according to minimum internal cook temperature with ready-to-eat food on the top to prevent cross contamination. Items voluntarily discarded and rearranged. Corrected On-Site. New Violation. 6-2 Violation of Code: [511-6-1.04(6)(h)] Milk jug dated November 17, 2016 and unidentified container of meat with no date marking. Time/temperature control for safety food shall be discarded after 7 days or when it has reached the expiration date. COS: Items voluntarily discarded. Corrected On-Site. New Violation. 11D Violation of Code: [511-6-1.05(3)(g)] No thermometer present at time of inspection. Employee stated thermometer recently broke. Thermometer needs to be replaced so that the minimum internal cook temperatures of time/temperature control for safety food can be checked. New Violation.
