Violation of Code: [511-6-1.04(4)(k)] Ice scoop stored in bucket with build-up of mold and debris. In use utensils shall be stored between uses in a container that has been cleaned and sanitized. New Violation. 15A Violation of Code: [511-6-1.05(6)(a)] Condensate leak in single glass door reach-in cooler causing non-potable water to pool at bottom. Equipment shall be maintained in good repair to prevent contamination with food product during storage. Manager made a call to maintenance to have cooler repaired. New Violation. 15C Violation of Code: [511-6-1.05(7)(d)] Shelving, counter tops, underneath cook line and crates above 3-compartment sink with build-up of grease and food residue. Clean non-food contact surfaces at a frequency to prevent the accumulations debris. New Violation.
