Violation of Code: [511-6-1.03(5)(j)1&2] Employee was eating a sandwich at the back prep table, and storing half eaten sandwich on the table. Employees must eat in designated areas away from food prep and service to prevent contamination.COS- Employee discarded sandwich, washed hands, and donned gloves before returning to food service tasks. Corrected On-Site. New Violation. 15A Violation of Code: [511-6-1.05(4)(b)] Handsink is not sealed to wall. Re-seal sink to prevent the entrapment of water and food debris. New Violation.
