4-1A Violation of Code: [511-6-1.04(4)(c)] raw fish, chicken and beef stored over ready to eat foods such as cheese, rice, sauces in 2 door cooler- foods must be stacked according to internal cooking temperatures with ready to eat foods always on top-cos foods were rearranged in cooler Corrected On-Site. New Violation. 8-2B Violation of Code: [511-6-1.07(6)(o)] medications stored mixed in with and over dry good foods (sugar, spices etc)-keep all items stored in a separate area away from foods to prevent possible contamination-cos items were moved Corrected On-Site. New Violation. 14C Violation of Code: [511-6-1.05(10)(e)1&3] single service items such as cups and to go containers stored on floor and directly in front of bathroom door-all items must be 6 inches off floor and not in front of bathroom since customers could bump into items. Repeat Violation.
