Remarks: This is a new food service permit. Rules and regulations for food service for the state of Georgia require a Certified Food Safety Manager(CFSM) within 60 days of permitting. Managers are certified. Hall County Environmental Health Department offers a basic food safety class for employees to attend free of charge within three months of permitting. This class DOES NOT FULFILL THE CFSM REQUIRMENT FOR THE STATE OF GEORGIA. Self-serve soda dispensing counter has gap between counter and wall that may need to be sealed in the future if gap cannot be kept clean as required by rules and regulations. Ambient temperatures: 2-door sandwich unit 35F, 2-door freezer -1F, walk-in cooler 39F, walk-in freezer -11F Water temps: 3-compartment sink 110F, Veg sink 112, Hand sink (dishwashing area) 101F, Hand sink (drive thru) 103F, Hand sink 100F, Women's restroom 107F, Men's restroom 104F PERMIT ISSUED. Full service fast food restaurant. No outdoor seating. Must take both pages of inspection to business license office
