15A - food and nonfood-contact surfaces cleanable, properly designed, constructed, and used 511-6-1.05(6)(q)1&3 - good repair & calibration (c) Points: 1 Corrected during inspection?: Yes Repeat: No Inspector Notes: Observed ambient air temperature thermometer reading 45°F in walk-in cooler. EHS measured ambient air temperature with calibrated thermometer and observed the ambient air temperature to be 51°F. Ambient air temperature, water pressure, and water temperature measuring devices shall be maintained in good repair and be accurate within the intended range of use. Corrective Actions: PIC immediately obtained a new ambient air thermometer and will monitor walk-in cooler ambient temperature to ensure it reaches proper cold holding temperature before receiving food.
