2-2D - adequate handwashing facilities supplied & accessible 511-6-1.07(3)(a) - handwashing cleanser, availability (pf) Points: 4 Corrected during inspection?: Yes Repeat: No Inspector Notes: No supply of hand cleaning liquid, powder, or bar soap was provided at the hand sink. Handwashing Cleanser, Availability. Each handwashing sink or group of two adjacent handwashing sinks shall be provided with a supply of hand cleaning liquid, powder, or bar soap. Corrective Actions: PIC immediately obtained a new bottle of hand soap and placed it at the hand sink. 2-2D - adequate handwashing facilities supplied & accessible 511-6-1.07(3)(b) - hand drying provision (pf) Points: 4 Corrected during inspection?: Yes Repeat: No Inspector Notes: Hand wash sink lacking proper hand drying provisions at front food service and in restroom. Hand Drying Provision. Each handwashing sink or group of adjacent handwashing sinks shall be provided with: 1. Individual, disposable towels; 2. A continuous towel system that supplies the user with a clean towel; 3. A heated-air hand drying device; or 4. A hand drying device that employs an air-knife system that delivers high velocity, pressurized air at ambient temperatures. Corrective Actions: PIC immediately obtained rolls of paper towels and placed them at each hand sink. 2-2E - response procedures for vomiting & diarrheal events 511-6-1.03(6) - clean-up of vomiting and diarrheal events(pf) Points: 4 Corrected during inspection?: No Repeat: No Inspector Notes: Facility does not have a disinfectant available to use for clean-up of fecal/vomiting accidents. Responding To Contamination Events. A food establishment shall have written procedures for employees to follow and an EPA registered disinfectant effective against Norovirus available on-site at the food service establishment when responding to vomiting or diarrheal events that involve the discharge of vomitus or fecal matter onto surfaces in the food service establishment. The procedures shall address the specific actions employees must take to minimize the spread of contamination and the exposure of employees, consumers, food, and surfaces to vomitus or fecal matter. Corrective Actions: PIC stated a proper disinfectant will be purchased today. 4-2B - food-contact surfaces: cleaned & sanitized 511-6-1.05(6)(n) - manual and mechanical warewashing equipment, chemical sanitization-temperature, ph, concentration, hardness (p,pf) Points: 4 Corrected during inspection?: No Repeat: No Inspector Notes: Observed no other bleach to use for sanitizing solution besides lemon scented bleach. Chlorine sanitizing solution shall have minimum concentration of 50 ppm. Corrective Actions: PIC stated plain unscented bleach will be purchased to use for sanitizing food contact surfaces. 15B - warewashing facilities: installed, maintained, used; test strips 511-6-1.05(3)(h),(i),(j) - temperature measuring device, manual warewashing; sanitizing solutions, testing device (pf) Points: 1 Corrected during inspection?: No Repeat: No Inspector Notes: No testing device available to test concentration of sanitizing solution. Sanitizing Solutions, Testing Devices. A test kit or other device that accurately measures the concentration in mg/L of sanitizing solutions shall be provided. Corrective Actions: PIC stated chlorine test strips will be ordered. 17C - physical facilities installed, maintained, and clean 511-6-1.07(2)(a) - floor, walls, & ceilings, cleanability (c) Points: 1 Corrected during inspection?: No Repeat: No Inspector Notes: Observed ceiling tiles in restroom to be porous. Floors, Walls, and Ceilings, Cleanability. Except as specified under subsection (2)(d) of this Rule and except for antislip floor coverings or applications that may be used for safety reasons, floors, floor coverings, walls, wall coverings, and ceilings shall be designed, constructed, and installed so they are smooth and easily cleanable. Corrective Actions: PIC stated new ceiling tiles will be installed to provide a smooth and easily cleanable surface. 17C - physical facilities installed, maintained, and clean 511-6-1.07(5)(f) - drying mops (c) Points: 1 Corrected during inspection?: Yes Repeat: No Inspector Notes: Observed mop stored directly in the mop bucket preventing air drying. Drying Mops. After use, mops shall be placed in a position that allows them to air-dry without soiling walls, equipment, or supplies. Corrective Actions: PIC arranged mop to allow air drying.
