4-2B - food-contact surfaces: cleaned & sanitized 511-6-1.05(6)(n) - manual and mechanical warewashing equipment, chemical sanitization-temperature, ph, concentration, hardness (p,pf) Points: 4 Corrected during inspection?: Yes Repeat: No Inspector Notes: Observed the sanitizer concentration (2) sanitizer spray bottles and one sanitizer bucket, to be 0ppm when tested with testing kit. Sanitizer solution that are mixed with quaternary ammonium should have a concentration between 150 and 400ppm. COS: PIC voluntarily replaced the sanitizer solutions in the bottles and buckets during the inspection.
