Equipment food-contact surfaces and utensils shall be cleaned: iv) In equipment such as ice bins and beverage dispensing nozzles and enclosed components of equipment such as ice makers, cooking oil storage tanks and distribution lines, beverage and syrup dispensing lines or tubes, coffee bean grinders, and water vending equipment: (I) At a frequency specified by the manufacturer; or (II) Absent manufacturer specifications, at a frequency necessary to preclude accumulation of soil or mold. Note: Observed pink mold-like accumulation on baffle of ice machine. PIC instructed to wash, rinse and sanitize ice machine by end of business. PIC stated that a third party beginning July 13th is going to come in and clean ice machine bi-weekly to prevent future accumulations.

PIC instructed to throw away cup and replace with a scoop with a handle.

Note: Observed multiple tiles on the floor of the main kitchen in disrepair, causing the cracks to fill with standing water. PIC instructed to repair/replace floor tiles to prevent future issues.
