A handwashing sink shall be equipped to provide tempered water at a temperature of at least 85ºF (29.4 ºC) through a mixing valve or combination faucet. COS: The PIC will immediately have this repaired within 24 hours, and food employees will use 3-compartment sink to temporarily wash hands.

COS: The PIC immediately removed the stir sticks from consumer self-service display to prevent contamination.
