15C - nonfood-contact surfaces clean 511-6-1.05(7)(d) - nonfood-contact surfaces (c) Points: 1 Corrected during inspection?: No Repeat: No Inspector Notes: Observed the gaskets of the cold hold units and other non-food contact surfaces to have an accumulation of food debris and build-up. Nonfood-contact surfaces of equipment shall be cleaned at a frequency necessary to preclude accumulation of soil residues. PIC to implement a cleaning schedule to ensure that the non-food contact areas, throughout the kitchen, maintain a level of cleanliness to prevent build-up and accumulation of food debris.
