Manager stated chemical hookups may have disrupted hot water flow when Ecolab serviced mop sink chemicals. Hot water generation and distribution systems shall be sufficient to meet the peak hot water demands throughout the food service establishment. Corrective Actions: Manager stated maintenance was notified during inspection to service mop sink.
