Inspector Notes: Observed expired ServSafe certification: dated 3/21/22. At least one employee that has supervisory and management responsibility and the authority to direct and control food preparation and service shall be a certified food safety manager who has shown proficiency of required information through passing a test that is part of an accredited program that conforms to the national standards for organizations that certify individuals. Certified Food Safety Managers must be designated to one food service establishment only and maintain and renew certification in accordance with the requirements of the examination taken. Facility has within (10) days to register a manager for ServSafe examination.

Inspector Notes: Observed gasket of reach-in coolers to have an accumulation of black and food debris. Also observed an accumulation of black build-up on the wall behind the 3-compartment sink. Nonfood-contact surfaces of equipment shall be cleaned at a frequency necessary to preclude accumulation of soil residues. PIC to clean areas more frequently to ensure that accumulation does not occur.

A backflow prevention device shall be located so that it may be serviced and maintained. (n) Conditioning Device, Location. A water filter, screen, and other water conditioning device installed on water lines shall be located to facilitate disassembly for periodic servicing and cleaning. PIC to contact the proper personnel to work on getting the back flow prevention device fixed.
