Drains in receptacles and waste handling units for refuse, recyclables, and returnables shall have drain plugs in place. Note: PIC will call appropriate personnel to come and place drain plug for dumpster. 17D - adequate ventilation and lighting; designated areas used 511-6-1.07(4)(b) - designated areas for employee activity, located to prevent contamination of food, equipment, utensils, linens, & single service articles (c) Points: 1 Corrected during inspection?: Yes Repeat: No Inspector Notes: Observed employee water bottle stored above food in prep top cooler. Areas designated for employees to eat, drink, and use tobacco shall be located so that food, equipment, linens, and single-service and single-use articles are protected from contamination. Note: PIC immediately moved water bottle to office area.
