Violation of Code: [511-6-1.06(2)(d)] Hanging faucet above dump sink was observed with no air gap. Faucet was observed hanging below the sink's rim. 511-6-1.06(2)(d) - Backflow Prevention, Air Gap (P) (d) Backflow Prevention, Air Gap. An air gap between the water supply inlet and the flood level rim of the plumbing fixture, equipment or nonfood equipment shall be at least twice the diameter of the water supply inlet and may not be less than 1 inch (25 mm). P New Violation. 17C Violation of Code: [511-6-1.07(2)(a)] Ceiling tiles above the food preparation area of the employee cafeteria were observed to be porous and not easily cleanable. 511-6-1.07(2)(a) - Floor, Walls, & Ceilings, Cleanability (C) (2) Design, Construction, and Installation. (a) Floors, Walls, and Ceilings, Cleanability. Except as specified under subsection (2)(d) of this Rule and except for antislip floor coverings or applications that may be used for safety reasons, floors, floor coverings, walls, wall coverings, and ceilings shall be designed, constructed, and installed so they are smooth and easily cleanable.
