Equipment food-contact surfaces and utensils shall be clean to sight and touch. COS: PIC immediately cleaned can opener blade and wiped interior of microwave. Corrected On-Site. New Violation. 17C Violation of Code: [511-6-1.07(5)(a),(b)] Observed cold-holding units gaskets torn/in disrepair throughout facility. All physical facilities shall be maintained in good repair. Note: PIC stated that gaskets will be replaced. New Violation. Correct By: 08/01/2024
