OBSERVATIONS AND CORRECTIVE ACTIONS 17D Violation of Code: [511-6-1.07(4)(b)] Observed 2 water bottles, located in the reach-in (battering station), with raw chicken. Areas designated for employees to eat, drink, and use tobacco shall be located so that food, equipment, linens, and single-service and single-use articles are protected from contamination. COS: PIC voluntarily discarded the water bottles during the inspection. Corrected On-Site. New Violation.
