Inpection Notes

Violation of Code: [511-6-1.07(3)(b)] Observed there to be no paper towels to be located at one hand sink in the main kitchen area and hand sink in the bar area. 511-6-1.07(3)(b) - Hand Drying Provision (Pf) (b) Hand Drying Provision. Each handwashing sink or group of adjacent handwashing sinks shall be provided with: 1. Individual, disposable towels; Pf. Note: PIC immediately placed paper towels at both hand sinks. Corrected On-Site. New Violation. 4-2B Violation of Code: [511-6-1.05(6)(n)] Observed the temperature for the sanitizer in the 3-Compartment sink to be 101F. A quaternary ammonium compound solution shall have a minimum temperature of 75ºF (24ºC), P have a concentration as specified in DPH Rule 511-6-1-.07(6)(g) and as indicated by the manufacturer’s use directions included in the labeling, P and be used only in water with 500 ppm hardness or less or in water having a hardness no greater than specified by the EPA-registered label use instructions. Note: PIC drained sanitizer and refilled with the proper temperature at 74F. Corrected On-Site. New Violation. 13A Violation of Code: [511-6-1.02(1)(d)] Upon entry of facility EHS observed the inspection report to not be the most recent. 511-6-1.02(1)(d) - Displaying of the Inspection Report (C) 1. The most current inspection report shall be prominently displayed in public view at all times, within fifteen feet of the front or primary public door and between five feet and seven feet from the floor and in an area where it can be read at a distance of one foot away. Note: PIC placed the most current inspection up for display. Corrected On-Site. New Violation. 17C Violation of Code: [511-6-1.07(5)(a),(b)] Observed gaskets, located on cooler drawers underneath the grill, to be broken and to have an accumulation of black debris. All physical facilities shall be maintained in good repair. PIC stated that an order has been put in to replace the gaskets. Repeat Violation.
