Violation of Code: [511-6-1.06(2)(o)] Observed food strainer stored in basin of hand sink near grills. A handwashing facility may not be used for purposes other than handwashing. Note: PIC removed food strainer from hand sink basin. Corrected On-Site. New Violation. 4-2A Violation of Code: [511-6-1.04(4)(c)1(iv)] Observed 2 ice bins with no overhead protection in bar area. Food shall be stored in packages, covered containers, or wrappings, except for loosely covered or uncovered containers in which food is being cooled if protected from overhead contamination. Note: PIC will cover ice bins when not in use. New Violation. 4-2B Violation of Code: [511-6-1.05(7)(a)1] Observed old labels stuck to food containers after cleaning. Observed buildup of slime in the interior of ice machine. Equipment food-contact surfaces and utensils shall be clean to sight and touch. Note: PIC will clean old labels off of food containers. PIC will drain and wash, rinse, & sanitize ice machine at COB. New Violation. Correct By: 06/15/2024 17D Violation of Code: [511-6-1.07(4)(b)] Observed 2 employee water bottles placed outside of designated area near food prep. Employees shall place all personal items in designated areas. Note: PIC removed employee water bottles from food prep area. Corrected On-Site. New Violation.
