Violation of Code: [511-6-1.07(3)(a)] Observed empty bottle of soap at the main kitchen hand sink. Each handwashing sink or group of two adjacent handwashing sinks shall be provided with a supply of hand cleaning liquid, powder, or bar soap Note: PIC will ensure that the hand sink is stocked with soap. New Violation. 2-2D Violation of Code: [511-6-1.06(2)(o)] Upon entry, observed a wiping cloth in the hand sink basin. A handwashing facility may not be used for purposes other than handwashing Note: PIC immediately removed cloth from hand sink. Corrected On-Site. New Violation.
