Violation of Code: [511-6-1.06(2)(o)] Observed water filter installed on hand sink faucet. A handwashing facility may not be used for purposes other than handwashing. Note: PIC removed filter from hand sink faucet. New Violation. 4-2B Violation of Code: [511-6-1.05(6)(n)] Observed no sanitizer to be set up in facility. Sanitizer must be prepared in order to sanitize food contact surfaces. A chlorine sanitizer should have a concentration of 50-100 ppm. Note: PIC immediately set up a sani-bucket. New Violation. 17A Violation of Code: [511-6-1.07(5)(i)] Observed no self-closing device installed on restroom door. A toilet room located on the premises shall be completely enclosed and provided with a tight-fitting and self-closing door. Note: PIC will install self-closing device on restroom door. New Violation.
