Violation of Code: [511-6-1.04(7)(c)] Observed there to be multiple containers containing spices with no common name label. Label information shall include: (i) The common name of the food, or if there is no common name, an adequately descriptive identity statement. Note: PIC immediately put common labels on the containers. Corrected On-Site. New Violation. 15C Violation of Code: [511-6-1.05(7)(d)] Observed there to be an accumulation of mold-like substance to be located above the 3-compartment sink. Nonfood-Contact Surfaces. Nonfood-contact surfaces of equipment shall be cleaned at a frequency necessary to preclude accumulation of soil residues. Note: PIC will clean area near 3-compartment sink to be free of any debris. New Violation.
