Violation of Code: [511-6-1.06(1)(g),(h)] Observed 3-Compartment sink to reach a peak temperature of 84F. The water source and system shall be of sufficient capacity to meet the peak water demands of the food service establishment. Note: PIC called appropriate personnel to come and repair 3-Compartment sink, so that it may reach the minimum temperature of 110F. New Violation. 16B Violation of Code: [511-6-1.06(2)(r)] Observed faucet on the 3-comprtment sink to be broken. System Maintained in Good Repair. A plumbing system shall be repaired according to law; P and maintained in good repair Note: PIC to get with owner to get sink fixed and in working condition. New Violation.
