Note: PIC immediately replaced the sani-bucket with fresh QAC Corrected On-Site. New Violation. Remarks Hand Sinks - 100F and 100F 3-Compartment Sink - 137F Prep Sink - 123F QAC sanitizer registered at 0 ppm, and was corrected to 150 ppm Facility has access to chemical with EPA Reg. NO 3573-77, effective against Norovirus
