Violation of Code: [511-6-1.05(6)(n)] Observed the sanitizer solution stations to have a concentration of 0ppm. Observed the 3-compartment sanitizer solution to have concentration of 0ppm and to be 109F. A quaternary ammonium compound solution shall have a temperature of 65F-75F (manufacturer) and a concentration between 150-400ppm to be effective. COS: The manager voluntarily prepared a new solution of Quaternary Ammonia that measured between 150 - 400ppm during the inspection, and the temperature was 73F. Corrected On-Site. New Violation.
