Violation of Code: [511-6-1.05(6)(n)] Dish machine register 0ppm chlorine sanitizer. Chlorine sanitizer should have a concentration of 50ppm-100ppm in order to effectively sanitize food-contact surfaces. COS: Establishment using 3CS until dish machine can be serviced. New Violation. 10D Violation of Code: [511-6-1.04(8)(b)] Observed a container of gyro meat with a use by date of Aug. 16th 2023. Refrigerated TCS foods must be sold, consumed, or discarded by the use by date on the container. COS: PIC voluntarily discarded gyro meat during inspection. Corrected On-Site. New Violation. 17C Violation of Code: [511-6-1.07(5)(a),(b)] Observed several ceiling tiles to be missing throughout the kitchen area. All physical facilities shall be maintained in good repair. PIC to get with owner so ceiling tiles can be replaced. New Violation.
