Violation of Code: [511-6-1.05(7)(a)1] Observed counter top can opener, coffee maker and oven with an accumulation of debris. Food contact surfaces must be clean to sight and touch. PIC to properly clean at COB. New Violation. Correct By: 08/08/2023
6-2 Violation of Code: [511-6-1.04(6)(h)] Observed pulled pork and chili with disposition dates of 7/31/23 holding in a warmer cabinet. A food that requires datemarking shall be discarded if it:(i) Exceeds 7 days, not including the time that the product is frozen; P(ii) Is in a container or package that does not bear a date or day; P or(iii) Is appropriately marked with a date or day that exceeds 7 days. COS: PIC voluntarily discarded items during inspection. Corrected On-Site. New Violation.
14C Violation of Code: [511-6-1.05(10)(e)1&3] Observed single service silverware uncovered and unprotected from contamination. Single-service and single-use articles shall be stored as specified under paragraph 1 of this subsection and shall be kept in the original protective package or stored by using other means that afford protection from contamination until used. COS: PIC placed covering over items. Corrected On-Site. New Violation.
15C Violation of Code: [511-6-1.05(7)(d)] Observed accumulated grease, food debris, and residues on interiors/exteriors of equipment including: can rack, sheet pans, front shelving, kitchen racks, coolers, power strips, electrical cords, fan guards, vent covers, table legs, and casters. Nonfood-contact surfaces of equipment shall be kept free of an accumulation of dust, dirt, food residue, and other debris. Facility must thoroughly clean main kitchen area within (10) days time. New Violation. Correct By: 08/18/2023
