Violation of Code: [511-6-1.04(6)(e)] Observed several containers of sliced deli meat cooling while fully covered. When placed in cooling or cold holding equipment, food containers in which food is being cooled shall be: Loosely covered, or uncovered if protected from overhead contamination during the cooling period to facilitate heat transfer from the surface of the food. Note: PIC partially uncovered containers of sliced deli meat during the inspection. Corrected On-Site. Repeat Violation. 12B Violation of Code: [511-6-1.03(5)(g)] Observed food employee preparing sandwiches while wearing a wrist watch. Except for a plain ring such as a wedding band food employees may not wear jewelry including medical information jewelry on their arms and hands while preparing food. Note: Food employee voluntarily removed wrist watch and properly washed their hands before returning to work. Corrected On-Site. New Violation.
