Violation of Code: [511-6-1.03(6)] Observed facility with scented bleach as disinfectant for Norovirus. A food establishment shall have procedures for employees to follow when responding to vomiting or diarrheal events that involve the discharge of vomitus or fecal matter onto surfaces in the food service establishment. The procedures shall address the specific actions employees must take to minimize the spread of contamination and the exposure of employees, consumers, food, and surfaces to vomitus or fecal matter. Pf Note: PIC will get approved disinfectant at COB. Repeat Violation. Correct By: 08/14/2023 15B Violation of Code: [511-6-1.05(3)(h),(i)] Facility did not have chlorine test strips at the time of inspection. A test kit or other device that accurately measures the concentration in mg/L of sanitizing solutions shall be provided. Pf Note: PIC will order chlorine test strips. New Violation. Correct By: 08/14/2023 17A Violation of Code: [511-6-1.07(2)(l)] Observed no self-closing device on unisex restroom door. Except where a toilet room is located outside a food service establishment and does not open directly into the food service establishment, such as a toilet room that is provided by the management of a shopping mall, a toilet room located on the premises shall be completely enclosed and provided with a tight-fitting and self-closing door. Note: PIC will add self-closing device on restroom door. New Violation. 17C Violation of Code: [511-6-1.07(2)(a)] Observed porous ceiling tiles in unisex restroom. Except as specified under subsection (2)(d) of this Rule and except for antislip floor coverings or applications that may be used for safety reasons, floors, floor coverings, walls, wall coverings, and ceilings shall be designed, constructed, and installed so they are smooth and easily cleanable. Note: PIC will replace ceiling tiles in unisex restroom. New Violation.
