JEMC returning $4.75 million to its members, adjusting to the recession
Jackson Electric Membership Corporation (JEMC) in December will mail $4.75 million in refunds to more than 188,500 members who received electric service in 1988 and 2010. Meanwhile, the electric co-op is still adjusting to the recession.
