Kansas firm recalling beef products shipped to Ga., several other states
Tyson Fresh Meats Inc. of Emporia, Kan., is recalling approximately 131,300 pounds of ground beef products - some of it shipped to Georgia - that may be contaminated with E. coli O157:H7, according to the U.S. Department of Agriculture
