Hall libraries closing on weekends starting Sat.
All branches of the Hall County Library System will be closed on weekends effective Saturday and hours the rest of the week are being cut, all because of continued budget problems, according to the system director.

Isaac soaked Louisiana for yet another day and pushed more water into neighborhoods all around the city, flooding homes and forcing last-minute evacuations and rescues. New Orleans itself was spared, thanks in large part to a levee system built after Katrina.
