Police: argument preceded Braselton murder
Braselton police now say an argument between a 15-year-old girl who shot and killed her mother Wednesday night preceded the shooting and that a 17-year-old friend of the girl's has been arrested for having sex with her.

Flea market reopening, sets up fund for vendors
The Pendergrass Flea Market has established a fund to help the vendors affected by last weekend's devastating fire and will provide a 100 percent match to all contributions. In the meantime, plans are moving ahead to reopen Saturday.
