Judge voids Wisconsin collective bargaining law

Georgia Mountains' unemployment rate, Hall Co.'s decline
State Labor Commissioner Mark Butler said Thursday the unemployment rate in the Georgia Mountains area decreased to 8.5 percent in April, down four-tenths of a percentage point from 8.9 percent in March. The rate in Hall County was down by a similar margin.
