White County took advantage of five Flowery Branch errors en route to an 11-5 win over the Falcons Thursday in Region 7-AAA action. The win for the Warriors moved them into a four-way tie with Flowery Branch, North Hall, and Gainesville atop the region standings.

Hill's Last-Second Shot Lifts Arkansas
Tennessee came up short of a Southeastern Conference double, and the Volunteers may have to do without a top seed in the NCAA tournament. Steven Hill hit a turnaround jumper with 5.3 seconds remaining for his only points of the game and Arkansas knocked off fourth-ranked Tennessee 92-91 Saturday night in the semifinals of the SEC tournament.
