PODCAST: Hard Left Turn - iRacing or real life, Bristol is Bristol

By AccessWDUN Staff

While the first two eNASCAR iRacing Pro Invitational Series races went relatively smoothly, Sunday's race at virtual Bristol Motor Speedway was...well, a short track crash fest.

Brandon Reed, Pete McCole and Amy Henderson takes a look at the Food City Showdown and other recent racing news items on this week's Hard Left Turn podcast, including:

-William Byron just walked all over the field in Sunday's race at virtual Bristol, leading the most laps en route to the victory.

-NASCAR this week announced that the Cup Series NextGen car debut will be pushed back to 2022 due to the CORVID-19 shutdown.

-iRacing continues to bring the virtual motorsports world a solid racing product.

-Brandon brings more area racing history to us.  This week, it's a look back at Gainsville, Georgia Open Wheel racing pioneer and journalist Pete Craig, who was a hero at Daytona Beach before World War II.  You can read more about him here.
