RABBITTOWN -- East Hall handed Franklin County its first Region 7-AAA loss of the season Friday night in an 8-3 victory at East Hall Park.

The Vikings (9-8, 7-4 Region 7-AAA) trailed early but got a the go-ahead hiw on a two-run single by Ronnie Peebles, scoring Eli Stuart and Cole Smith in the third inning. Jonah Crocker, who had two RBI, homered in the fourth inning for East Hall.Smith later added two RBI of his own.

Franklin County (13-3, 10-1) jumped out to an early 1-0 lead in the top of the first.

East Hall, which has won seven straight, next will travel to Banks County on Monday in the first of three consecutive Region 7-AAA road games.
